RETURNS, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Unfortunately, for health reasons, Riley’s cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your Tea Cookies for any reason (taste, freshness, broken cookies, not what you expected), we will gladly provide you with store credit for the purchase price.
For information on what steps to take, please Contact Us with your order number and include details (and/or photos) regarding the reason why you are requesting a replacement or refund. We will respond as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING POLICY
We can ship to any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
The shipping rates for many items are based upon weight. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
ARRIVALS
Delivery dates may be affected by weather conditions. To make sure your gift arrives on time, Riley’s reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value. If we must substitute an item, we will carefully select an item that will exceed expectations. If your gift must arrive on a specific day, please select Overnight Shipping to guarantee a timely delivery.
DELIVERING TO COLLEGES, HOSPITALS & HOTELS
When delivering to these locations, we only guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department. After delivery, it is the responsibility of the business or organization to deliver the package to the correct recipient in a timely manner.
FRESHNESS
Riley’s Tea Cookies do not contain preservatives. Therefore, we recommend using expedited delivery services. After your package has been delivered, our Tea Cookies should be consumed or frozen within 5-7 days of shipment.
